Who is responsible

Noventura Living Bali ("we") is the data controller for personal data processed through noventuraliving.com. Contact for privacy matters: the Get in Touch section on our homepage.

What we collect when you use the chat assistant

• What you write and the assistant's replies.
• A pseudonym derived from your IP address — not the address itself. The same visitor produces the same pseudonym, which lets us prevent abuse and understand usage; the original address is not stored and cannot be recovered from the pseudonym.
• A coarse network prefix (IPv4 /24, IPv6 /48) for rough regional and abuse analysis.
• Interface language, the page you started from, and the referring site.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, identity documents, payment details, or passwords through the chat.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your questions about our properties and services, to keep the service working and free of abuse, and to improve the assistant's accuracy. The basis is your consent, given when you start a conversation, together with our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.

How long we keep it

Chat records are deleted automatically 90 days after the conversation ends. You can ask for deletion sooner (see below).

Who else processes it, and where

The assistant runs on infrastructure we operate in Europe, uses Anthropic's Claude models, and stores records in a managed database located in Asia (Mumbai region) together with media storage on Cloudflare. This means your data may be processed outside Indonesia. We rely on those providers' contractual protections and transfer the minimum necessary.

Your rights

Under UU PDP you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to us through the Get in Touch section; we respond within the period the law allows. If we cannot identify your records without further information, we will tell you what is needed.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Administrative access is restricted and rate-limited, secrets are stored encrypted, and access to the systems that hold chat records is limited to the people who operate them.

Kami memproses isi percakapan Anda dengan asisten, bahasa antarmuka, halaman awal, situs perujuk, serta nama samaran yang berasal dari alamat IP Anda — bukan alamat IP itu sendiri. Dasar pemrosesan adalah persetujuan Anda dan kepentingan sah kami untuk menjalankan serta mengamankan layanan. Catatan percakapan dihapus otomatis setelah 90hari. Data dapat diproses di luar Indonesia oleh penyedia infrastruktur dan model bahasa kami.
